Director, CCS Asia, Career Coach & Facilitator
With over 25 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, social impact, and business innovation, Maria brings a unique, cross-sector perspective to her work as a Career Coach and Accredited Design Thinker.
Maria is responsible for building CCS programmes in the Asia-Pacific region. She has already co-delivered CCS career coach training for a U.S. based global organisation, as well as Career Conversations training for managers.
Maria has also designed and delivered bespoke coaching programmes for a wide range of global women leaders and entrepreneurs. Her clients have included individuals and teams from organisations such as the United Nations, World Health Organization, Asian Development Bank, H&M, Plan International and EVN Vietnam.
Her approach blends the structure of Career Coaching with the creativity of Design Thinking, helping clients shape, author, and craft the next chapter of their professional lives. Whether navigating an individual career move or co-creating a team programme, Maria works in the realm of what’s possible – unlocking potential and enabling transformation.
