Feedback and Testimonials

"Thank you CCS for designing and delivering an excellent virtual training last week! It was really amazing and insightful, and will greatly enhance my coaching skills. Quite impressive how training that is delivered entirely online can be so immersive, collaborative and inspiring."

"The course leaders have ensured the online transition was well researched and prepared. In addition, the structure of how the course is taught is sound, taking us through preparation, observation and practice with feedback. Coaching behaviour and practice is effectively modelled throughout by the engaging presenters. All of this ensures that not only is the learning valuable but also develops a cohort who are engaged and giving. I thoroughly recommend this course for coaches who are just setting out as well as those who are experienced and want to continue learning. Thank you Rob and Kate for your professional delivery and practical help."

"Just to say a huge thank you again for such a brilliantly planned and delivered course. It was so well thought through and I honestly don’t know how you managed to get all that information online in such a short space of time. Somehow you enabled us all to absorb so much information without losing our focus, and we were still able to come out of it energised at the end! I especially appreciated your feedback, which was so warm and positive while always being insightful and constructive".

"This is a course of the highest quality. The course leaders know their stuff inside out, and equip participants with clear, focused information and plenty of opportunity to practise and receive feedback. We all came away inspired, positive and confident in what we’d learned."
