Note: The above fees apply when sponsoring yourself. If you are sponsored by your employer, a different fee structure operates. All fees are subject to VAT. (Please note that VAT is charged to UK based participants only).
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled less than two working days in advance are subject to a fee equivalent to one hour of the coach’s time (ie £120 + VAT) if the booked time cannot be replaced. All cancellations or appointment alterations less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a £30 + VAT administration charge.
Cancellations on the day of the meeting, or non attendance are subject to the full fee for the time.
