Join us for a practical session to experience the Job Satisfiers Tool as both the Coach and Coachee.
The Job Satisfiers tool brings together and clarifies the elements of work satisfaction important to an individual. It requires focused and challenging questioning to enable individuals to build sharper career and development plans.
What can I expect?
- A live demonstration by one of the CCS Tutor team
- Practice using the tool in a supportive, confidential pairing
- Understand how the Job Satisfiers tool can be used independently or as part of a wider career coaching programme
- Ongoing access to the tool to support your career conversations
