Hello, my name is Maria – very nice to meet you!
I am a serial entrepreneur, licenced Career Coach and accredited Design Thinker – Irish by heritage, London by professional training and Asia-located by choice.
Brought up in the West of Ireland, I have lived and worked all over the world – USA, France, Greece, Italy and South-East Asia. I was based in London for most of my professional career where I developed and led projects for an international social enterprise and then went on to launch my own business, Passion Organic.
Disegno.life is a culmination of ten years of training, working and developing my practice as a Career Coach and Design Thinker. I work primarily with mid-career women, from a broad spectrum of backgrounds, who are either stepping back to professional life or redesigning their next career and life chapter. I also create and deliver bespoke in-house career design programmes for organisations and groups across the region.
Since graduating in 2019, my CCS training sits firmly front and centre of the work that I do. The deeply reflective and considered approach that was so present in the thorough training I received, has been a fundamental part of developing and honing my approach with my clients.
At its core, working with the CCS process and tools provides me with a very solid mindset, foundation and structure within my overarching career and life design approach.
As a solopreneur who has set up in a new market, I also really appreciate that very clear sense of being connected to the CCS team and to the wider CCS community.
The piece that I love most about my work is enabling and supporting clients to unlock their sense of possibility and from there, working alongside them to create a clear and considered plan of action to take them forward.
I feel truly honoured to have the opportunity of supporting and joining each and every client in their respective journeys.
