Our recent research showed a large disparity between the need for effective career conversations and and the reality of the experience of those receiving or providing career conversations. Organisations offering effective career conversations tie in strategic goals related to improved retention, engagement and wellbeing.

This 1 day Masterclass provides the opportunity for those responsible for creating a career conversations infrastructure to develop a strategy and approach that will work well in their own organisation.
