Note: The above fees apply when sponsoring yourself. If you are sponsored by your employer, a different fee structure operates. All fees are subject to VAT.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled less than two working days in advance are subject to a fee equivalent to one hour of the coach’s time (ie £120 + VAT) if the booked time cannot be replaced. All cancellations or appointment alterations less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a £30 + VAT administration charge.
Cancellations on the day of the meeting, or non attendance are subject to the full fee for the time.
