Association for Coaching Accredited Career Coach Training
What are the key features of the CCS Accredited Career Coach Training?
- Our award-winning online Career Coach Training is held over five days, spread over two modules. Since 2020, the course has been taught virtually with outstanding feedback (see testimonials).
- This unique experiential training programme develops your skills and confidence as you practice as coach and coachee. You will be trained to use our 5-stage framework, moving from managing expectations to decision-making and taking action.
- Once trained, you will be able to access the CCS toolkit, which comprises over 40 online career based questionnaires and exercises to support your career coaching.
- You will also benefit from the newly revised CCS Job Search Guide (2024) to support coachees with templates and information for successful job search.
- You will also benefit from understanding how to set up and manage a career coaching service, either internally or as part of a business plan.
- Completion of the course will lead to the CCS Licence Certificate on successfully passing a post-Course Test.
- Following the course, the AC (Association for Coaching) Accredited Training Award is given after receiving a one hour case discussion with one of the course tutors.
All participants can attain the ‘Accredited Award in Coach Training’
The CCS Core Skills Course in Career Coaching is accredited by the Association for Coaching (AC). This means that all participants who complete our career coach training, plus a small assignment and a one hour follow-up case discussion, will receive a Certificate indicating the standard of coaching competency recognised by the AC.
Attendance is required full time over the five days (0900-1730) in order to gain the Licence and AC award.
