    The work- life balance tool is useful when dealing with women returning to their firms after maternity leave and facing a new challenge of juggling both home and work life. I also see this tool as being useful when clients need to explore how to achieve their goals while maintaining a degree of balance.

    Like a coach in your pocket, Balance asks all the right career questions (and can work as a regular reminder). Not just a 'one-off' review. Wish I’d had this from the start of my career, as I think it would have really made a difference and made things easier!)

    I feel it will make me a more balanced and resourceful career coach.

    I have a new power tool for career coaching. I have also a much clearer idea of all the aspects related to career development and therefore to career coaching. That's very powerful too. Kate was also a fantastic trainer, very experienced and I learned also from her style.
