The training has helped me a lot as HR professional. I am able to apply techniques learned both during career counselling exercises and daily work, while dealing with staff. My perception is that I had more tools and knowledge to help others to help themselves.

I apply several of the techniques in my daily work as an L&D Specialist. We have been undergoing a re-organisation and it has been a challenging period of new development programmes for staff and leaders. I have applied many of these skills whilst liaising with subject matter experts or external providers for developing career programmes or when supporting staff in identifying suitable training development or new career opportunities.
