Over the last 30+ years Anton has consulted widely with international organisations working in particular with HR leadership teams to strengthen their function’s impact and reshape HR’s operating model. He has founded and led a number of consulting firms and was a co-owner of a recruitment company. The consulting firms focussed on change management, coaching and business psychology working to identify and develop emerging leaders and their teams; help them shape and embed new cultures and values; and improve personal and organisational performance.
Now working portfolio Anton is an executive coach, he mentors founders of start-ups in the HR tech space, and also acts as board advisor to consulting firms. He is a trustee a couple of small charities and regularly works with trustees of other charities to facilitate their discussions about long term strategy.
Since 2015 he has also regularly chaired conferences on the impact of AI and ML on organisations and on the people who work in them and has conducted research into HR’s own adoption of AI.
