Career and Leadership Coach, Learning Facilitator
As an experienced Leadership Development Professional, ICF accredited Executive Coach, Career Coach and skilled Facilitator, Natalie works with leaders, managers and their teams from a range of industry sectors, supporting them on their journey to high performance.
Through her 30 year career in HR and Leadership Development across private-sector global organisations, she has helped multi-cultural, UK centric and remote teams to build their understanding of self and each other, face their challenges, overcome limiting beliefs, surface frustrations and establish team rituals and behaviours that have shifted performance, improved their sense of belonging and set them up for sustained success.
Natalie lead the development and deployment of a very successful internal Career Coaching Programme for the UK region of a global construction products organisation, working closely with Career Counselling Services (CCS) to train coaches and embed a coaching culture. Improvements in internal mobility across the organization resulted, through continued coach education and the engagement of line managers and key stakeholders. Crucial to the success of this Programme was the systemic approach, informed by data from engagement surveys, exit interviews and focused surveys, linking Career Coaching with other core HR processes, including performance management, leadership development, talent development and mobility forums.
Natalie’s experience and expertise in leadership and career coaching, coupled with her proven track record in implementing and sustaining an impactful career coaching programme, now enables her to work with clients across a range of organisational settings to unlock potential and support leaders to manage themselves and their careers, as well as those of their teams.
Natalie is a qualified Career Coach, trained by CCS, and completed the Post Graduate Certificate in Career and Talent Management with Kingston University. She is qualified to use a range of psychometric and feedback instruments, including Insights Discovery, MBTI and Core Strengths SDI 2.0.
