Transitioning from a Chartered Civil Engineer in local government to a career coach wasn’t just a career change for me; it was a calling to support and empower others in their professional journeys. Always fascinated by personal development, after 28 rewarding years in public service, I felt ready to embrace this new challenge head-on.
Although I had qualified as a coach earlier, it was my full commitment to career coaching that made all the difference. My coaching journey took a significant leap forward after completing my training with CCS in December 2020. The programme not only equipped me with essential skills and tools but also gave me a newfound confidence to effectively guide others.
In 2021, I established Bravo Coaching. My approach centres on creating bespoke options for my clients, fostering a sense of control and empowerment in their career choices. Witnessing individuals discover and transition into more fulfilling careers brings me immense joy and satisfaction.
My journey continues with the goal to empower more individuals to thrive in their careers. This mission, inspired by my own professional transformation, keeps me connected to the CCS community; a hub where growth, learning, and personal development are not just aspirations but realities.
