Natalie Harvey

I have worked as an HR and Learning & Development Professional for more than 30 years in multi-national private sector organisations across the UK and Europe and, through this experience, I’ve developed a real passion for helping others to understand themselves a little better.  Whether working with individuals, groups or intact teams, I really enjoy collaborating and building bespoke coaching journeys that respects the needs of my client.

As a Coach, I build and hold safe spaces to think and share without interruption, offering my clients the gift of time to reflect and focus on their own particular needs.

I bring my energy, honesty, skills, authenticity and structure to teams; facilitating focused conversations with skill and care, taking time to build trust and psychological safety. I am a qualified and accredited Leadership and Career Coach (credentialed by the International Coaching Federation) and holding licenses with the British Psychological Society to support improved understanding of personality, psychological preferences and strengths, with tools that include Insights Discovery, MBTI, OPQ32 and Core Strengths (SDI 2.0).

With a thirst for continual learning and personal growth, I invest in my own development through regular coaching supervision and CPD and I’m currently on my learning journey exploring Systemic Coaching and Constellations.

The CCS training in career coaching enabled me to build on the business coaching skills I’d developed several years earlier.  It reignited my passion for coaching and provided the springboard to set up an internal career coaching offer across our organisation, through which we trained 35+ senior HR colleagues to become career coaches and established a sustainable, credible and respected resource for our managers.

I completed the CCS programme in 2011 and went on to complete the PG Certificate in Career and Talent with Kingston University.

My training as a career coach provides me with a range of skills and tools that beautifully complement and enrich the work I do with managers and leaders across a variety of organisations.

I love supporting people as they take the time to explore their own values, strengths, drivers, satisfiers and much more.  This provides a great foundation from which to explore new opportunities, both professionally and personally and it’s a real privilege to see how this helps to build increased confidence and self-esteem.
